Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems. Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. Also responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. Technical knowledge of the following areas : 12+ years of experience with 4 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation 4+ years of experience in working in IRM domain out of which minimum 2 years in the role of IRM Architect Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators. Excellent customer facing skills. Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems Should be able to hold discussions with the clients on the best approach for the client after analyzing their environment Must have working experience Agile environment. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance.
