Good tenure Able to be onsite 5 days a week. Location: Onsite Hudson yards No Relocation Candidates must be onsite day one and go into the office five times a week. Job Description: A Technical Executive Support person at a private equity firm plays a crucial role in ensuring that the technology infrastructure and support services meet the specific needs of the firm's executive team. Here are some of the key responsibilities and functions typically associated with this role: Executive Technology Support: Provide dedicated technical support to senior executives, including the firm's partners, managing directors, and other high-level personnel. This involves addressing their technology-related needs promptly and efficiently. Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of executive-level hardware and software, including laptops, mobile devices, and specialized software applications. Ensure that all technology tools are up-to-date and in optimal working condition. Technical Troubleshooting: Offer immediate assistance in diagnosing and resolving technical issues that executives encounter. This can include hardware problems, software glitches, network connectivity issues, or any other technology-related challenges.
