The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the Oracle Financials Accounting Hub system. Responsibilities: Oracle FAH Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle FAH to meet the organization's financial accounting requirements, including defining accounting rules, sources, and transformations. Data Integration: Integrate financial data from various source systems into Oracle FAH, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Data Mapping and Transformation: Create and maintain data mappings and transformation rules to align source data with the organization's financial reporting requirements. Financial Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for resolution. Financial Reporting: Generate and validate financial reports and statements from Oracle FAH to support internal and external financial reporting requirements. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assist in internal and external audits related to financial data and processes. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Oracle FAH configurations, data mappings, and transformation rules. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in using Oracle FAH effectively. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Oracle FAH data integration and accounting processes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial accounting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Oracle Financials Certification) is a plus. Proven experience with Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) and Oracle E-Business Suite. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and best practices. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide guidance to other team members. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with data integration and transformation tools is a plus. Experience with Oracle Financial Cloud and other Oracle financial modules is desirable.
