Title: Employee Data Support Specialist Location: Jackson, MS (Work from Office- Hybrid Work) Duration: Long Term Contract Description: Provide support for data transfer and quality issues between the Federal Accounting and Reporting System (FARS), MDES Employee Time System (METS), and legacy State-wide Payroll and Human Resource System (SPAHRS). Coordinate and support activities with the implementation of the new state MAGIC Human Resource and Payroll system. Work with Human Resources, agency supervisors, Communications department, and the IT department to ensure accuracy of employee information within various systems and services. Required Skills: SQL query and scripting (Including mainframe) TN3270 terminal emulator and SFTP clients HR and timekeeping systems Microsoft Excel and Word Report writing and data reconciliation.
