Senior Project Manager with ERP implementation (people soft financials good to have) experience. Strong background and experience with project management principles, SDLC methodology, excellent soft skills, and also have experience with SCRUM methodology. SCRUM Master certification is a plus. The PM should also have experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps or other similar toolsets. The PM should also have the ability to honour and maintain a strict level of confidentiality. You will drive/manage/oversee all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects with distributed teams. Conduct status meetings and report on the timely status of the project to executive leadership. Identifying, tracking, and managing risks that could affect the project. Raising awareness among leadership of risks that could affect project delivery. Interface with various internal and external teams to coordinate activities and deliverables. Hold internal and external teams accountable for timely delivery. Create and disseminate project scorecards, executive dashboards, status reports, summary sheets, etc. to communicate the state of the project or activity to various audiences. Extensive experience with managing and tracking project budgets, including estimation, planning, forecasting, accruals, depreciation, capitalization, etc. Facilitates teams Agile Scrum ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective. Ensures (using SCRUM and AGILE) appropriate, complete, and timely team achievement of all documentation, tracking and reporting metrics (including user stories, project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, risk mitigation plans, test scripts, test results) and ensure delivery timelines. Project details: Replacing the financial system. Focused on financial people soft moving to a new finance system. Looking for a mid-level technical project manager. Must have ERP systems (financial model Net suite or Sage). Must have scrum experience (but not a scrum master). Strong Software Development Life Cycle.
