Work with testers, managers, product owners, and directors, helping them understand and adopt practices leading to high quality and increased speed of innovation for teams Keep up with evolving industry best practices for Test Automation Be an important part in building the research, evaluation, deployment and upgrades for 3rd party tools (e.g., SonarQube, Sauce Labs, Selenium Grid, LambdaTest, BrowserStack) Review the home page for accessibility using industry standard tools.Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements (Must to Have) Masters Bullet point list of required skills Automated Test Tools: Protractor, WebDriverIO, UFT, Cucumber Mobile Apps automation: Appium, BrowserStack, SauceLabs Load/Performance testing: JMeter, LoadRunner, Azure DevOps Programming Languages: Java Scripting Languages: JavaScript(Angular, React, Vue), TypeScript Source Control Tools: GitHub, Azure Repo CI/CD Tools: GitLab , Jenkins Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostGRE SQL, Snowflake API testing: POSTman, REST API, Add other necessary qualifications Desired Qualifications Bullet point list of good to have skills The above skills are required. Comfortable dealing with technical challenges: Identify areas for continuous improvement. A test promoter a subject matter expert for others at all levels around best practices in testing Experience standardizing best practices. Experience leading and driving end-to-end, cross-team testing. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required. 8+ years of testing and test automation experience: broad and deep/solid experience in best practices for quality and testing, with a desire to keep learning and applying more. Experience testing multi-tier services, Reactive Web, Micro Service, Angular applications and Business Tiers Experience with Integration and End-to-End testing principles, practices and tools, in context of Agile Development practices Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools Experience with web debugging and the Chrome (or other browser) developer console Experience with AWS and the risks involved in delivering reliable and resilient systems in a cloud environment. (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team. (4.)
