From: Rajat Kumar, Savi Tech LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Position - Manhattan WMOS Consultant Location - Chicago, IL Manhattan WMOS Must have skills/Experience* Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of Professional experience with a minimum of 2+ years of Retail, Supply chain experience including working directly with business clients. Experience managing Warehouse Management support, retail, supply chain support engagements by working with multiple stakeholders in incident and problem management, defect implementation, small enhancements etc. Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and remote locations. Strong understanding of warehouse, inbound and outbound operations. Strong leadership and service delivery skills Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within the global and regional customer organization matrix. Broad range of business and IT experiences including working in a complex supply and distribution environment having WMOS as the core surrounded by other technology platforms including SAP, AS400 (Legacy). (Standard) Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the organization including suppliers, partners and customers. Experience working and implementing projects with global teams. Integrations between Manhattan WMOS, Legacy, and SAP o Understanding various integration technologies/interfaces with WMOS. o Experience with MIF o Experience with rollout strategy and support o Be able to guide the offshore teams. o Ability to travel to sites during application go-live.
