http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=779530&uid= From: Alexander, Avance Consulting [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi All, Role : Lead ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location : Mclean, VA (Remote Position) Duration: Contract Need 10+ Years of total IT experience with ServiceNow certifications and ITOM background Consultant with ITOM background Must Have Experience: Experienced in implementation of ITOM solution using industry best practices Hands-on development to include creation, configuration and customization of patterns,Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. MID Server management experience Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations Academic and Professional Experience: Professional: 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow required 8+ years of experience with IT Industry required Academics: Certification as ServiceNow System certified administration CIS in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, Cloud Mgmt ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
