Well versed with ERP Finance modules (Oracle ERP Cloud). Expert level functional knowledge on modules - General Ledger, Order to Cash, Payables, Payments, Cash Management, Receivables, Assets, PDH, Inventory, and Purchasing. Nice to have knowledge on Oracle PaaS areas like Integration Cloud Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes and reporting. Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements for the ERP system, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where the ERP system requires customization or configuration to meet business needs effectively. Work closely with the IT team and ERP vendors to design, configure, and implement solutions that address financial business requirements. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and processes within the ERP system. Assist in user training and provide support during the ERP system rollout and post-implementation phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data from various sources into the ERP system. Continuously monitor the ERP system's performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and advancements and make recommendations for enhancements to the financial modules. Act as a subject matter expert for financial processes and the ERP system, providing guidance and support to end-users.
