The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on various modules, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and CMDB. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL principles, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex business requirements into efficient automated workflows. Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows. Provide subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a product advocate within customer accounts. Lead project estimation, define project timelines, and contribute to project plans and milestones. Mentor and guide team members in design, development, and testing activities. Define architectural strategies and patterns commonly used within ServiceNow. Build clean, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering. Work closely with product owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application development and deployment processes. Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while improving existing ones. Foster knowledge-sharing within the team and facilitate individual team member development. Conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Interact cross-functionally to coordinate efforts across the organization, voluntarily sharing information. Qualifications: 10 15 years of extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Consultant, and Implementor. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect on the ServiceNow Platform. Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and CMDB. Must have experience in Performance Analytics, certification is plus. ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow Application Developer, and/or Architect certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking in implementing service improvements, such as automation and incident reduction. Adaptability to rapidly changing business drivers and willingness to learn new technologies.
