The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, can help foster relationships, facilitate and coordinate standard project operations and support and drive excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience developing on the Microsoft Bot Framework and LUIS. Experience with chatbot creation is a plus. The successful candidate will have the ability to integrate with REST APIs to deliver business capabilities that reduce calls to the call center by offering more digital self-service options.
