Position: Finance Systems Manager - Transactional Finance SME (Hybrid) Location: Chicago, IL (3 Days Onsite & 2 Days Remote) Duration: 6+ months Job Description: About the job A fast-growing Consumer Goods company is looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join their Chicago-based finance team and work on a SAP S4 HANA implementation. The Financial Systems Manager will work with the Finance teams to seamlessly integrate financial systems across the enterprise, primarily within SAP. This role will be responsible for providing guidance on transactional process flows and system procedures within SAP, specifically surrounding AR, AP, Cash Management, Customer Setup, invoicing and Bank Recs, in order to ensure consistent alignment with standard accounting practices and regulations. They are open to both permanent / FTE candidates and individuals who would be more interested working on a temporary contract. The experience you need to be considered: 5+ years of financial systems and/or accounting experience required. 2+ years experience with SAP, preferably S4 HANA Extensive hands-on experience with financial accounting systems with knowledge of data structure and reporting requirements. Strong knowledge of transactional finance processes within SAP Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner.
