P&C Business Systems Analyst Stratus Technology Services is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team . The ideal BSA will have a strong background in data analysis with an emphasis on the P&C insurance industry to help support a large nationwide insurance carrier with their project initiatives. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing software systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to define software conversion objectives, requirements, and success criteria. Perform in-depth data analysis. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, end-users, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. Identify and document business processes and workflows to align with organizational goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications: P&C Insurance experience (highly preferred) or general Insurance experience. Basic SQL skills ability to wrote basic queries against data bases for analytical purposes (versus optimized performance or ETL) Self-starter/self-sufficient ability to take direction but also act independently within the context of the role. Basic project management capabilities ability to manage multiple competing priorities and have / understand trade off discussions with stakeholders.
