You will be responsible for enhancing existing features and fine tuning of state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Speech and Language Models and Generative AI. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects that leverage LMs such as text generation, summarization, translation, and more. Experience with NLP for Language Transcription (human-to-human a huge plus), and any similar product experience (end-to-end Conversational and annotation Ai software, neural network speech and video output, with human-to-human conversational software being strongly preferred). Analyze and fine-tune model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data-driven insights. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years impactful experience in Al-relevant fields, such as machine learning, deep learning, and NLP Proven expertise in working with speech and language models, particularly Human to Human transcription Strong understanding of generative models, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
