You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements, automation, and system optimization, ultimately contributing to the continued success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document clear and comprehensive business requirements. 2. System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, or optimization. 3. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and recommend effective solutions that align with business needs. 4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. 5. Data Analysis: Analyze data and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. 6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and participate in testing activities to ensure the successful implementation of system changes. 7. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and process workflows. 8. Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and outcomes. 9. Project Management: Assist in project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting. 10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business systems analysis. Business Systems Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with telecommunications or cable industry is a plus. Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
