Role - Oracle Commerce Cloud Developer Duration: 6+ month Contract Role: Remote MOI: Video Visa: GC/USC Only Must have LinkedIn Retail experience must have Required Skills: 1. 3+years of Oracle Commerce Cloud or related E-commerce platform development experience 2. Strong experience in Java, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL 3. Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, user expereince and customer journey, business processes and online retail best practices. 4. Proficient in debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization.. 5. Familiarity with incident management processes, including tracking, escalation, and communication. 6. Possess strong communication skills to work with client independently in a virtual working environment 7. Had experience in support of Oracle annual and quarterly update Preferred Skills: 1. Experience in working with Oracle Support to resolve vendor related issues 2. Experience in working at SLA (Service-Level Agreement) environment is desired Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and customize solutions within Oracle Commerce Cloud platform to meet business requirements using Java, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 2. Enhance and maintain integrations with MFCS, SIM and POS systems, APIs, and services. 3. Monitor platform performance, identify optimization opportunities. Enhance speed, responsiveness, and user experience. Implement performance enhancements. 4. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. Minimize system downtime and disruptions. 5. Collaborate with functional lead and Client's IT teams to implement functional enhancements and updates 6. Document incidents, resolutions, and workarounds in detail. Contribute to the knowledge base to empower Client's staff with effective troubleshooting resources. 7.
