PM - Adobe Analytics Mandatory Skills Full responsibility for web analytics needs across analytics platforms Manage the processes for capture, storage, usage and tracking of online activity from multiple web sites Ensure data integrity & documentation of tracking standards Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation Work across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics tracking Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirements Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data Provide guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA support Proactively identifies issues and recommends resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements Manage the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives both current and future. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Meet with clients to take requirements, refine them and clarify when needed Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Use and continually develop leadership skills Perform other related duties as assigned Develop and maintain project related documents and other artifacts Mandatory Technical Skills Subject matter expert with total experience of 8+ years with minimum 4 years using Adobe Analytics Suite Experience working with Adobe Launch and Adobe Target is strongly preferred Proven working experience in project management Experience of Agile and DevOps method of delivering projects and maintaining product lifecycle Experience on technical architecture/framework of analytical ecosystem(s) Experience in designing solutions and writing technical documentation for a medium/large scale commercial website Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Scrum Master (PSM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Knowledge on PowerBI, SQL and Advanced Excel will be an added plus Professional Attributes Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to provide after-work hours and weekend on-call support as and when required Excellent client-facing and internal communication/collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Total Experience Required 8 years+ IT project/program management experience Work Location Bellevue, WA Thanks & Regards http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=78730&uid= |
