This includes: scheduling and managing all testing phases/activities, performing or overseeing system testing and integration testing, coordinating performance testing, and managing user acceptance testing. Duties & Responsibilities: The Lead Quality Analyst will... Create and maintain project-specific QA processes to ensure control quality and provide consistency in the products that are created Schedule and coordinate all testing activities that are 1) internal to the technical development team and 2) performed by external teams such as the performance testing group or the business users Develop Test Plan documentation Create and execute, and/or coordinate creation and execution, of manual test cases and scenarios Create and support execution of User Acceptance Testing scenarios Track and report test results Track defects and defect remediation Escalate issues when appropriate Candidate should be able to perform stress and load testing to record execution benchmark. Provide support for creation and execution of automated test scripts including performance testing Qualifications: 8 or more years of experience as a QA Analyst in software product or custom software development 5 or more years of experience creating, reviewing, and executing testing plans and manual test scripts 3 or more years of experience using automated testing (unit, regression, and/or stress/performance) Experience tracking defects in ServiceNow Experience with OpenText is a Plus Strong QA planning and management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience/Education Required: 8+ years of Quality Assurance Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other related - preferred Keywords: quality analyst Pennsylvania http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=787850&uid= |
