They will work alongside the product team to support the development of product roadmaps, enhancements, and draft up recommendations; this includes responsibility for overseeing technical business projects and the implementation of various solutions across business processes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Subject matter expert when it comes to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps. Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog review and prioritization, and retrospective activities. Support the Product Owner (PO) by analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, and grooming the product backlog. Provide third-tier support for resolution and troubleshooting in a timely manner, and lead stakeholder communications of resolution efforts. Proactively track and analyze software performance or issues leveraging advanced programming languages, such as SQL. Supporting and leading the build out of technical and non-technical documentation of Jira stories and development work in Confluence. Serve as liaison between Land products and end users when troubleshooting complicated or pervasive issues. Perform functional and non-functional testing and provide feedback to Devs. Delivery of reports on IT and systems improvement opportunities to key product leadership and stakeholders, making recommendations, and collaborating on a detailed roadmap for successful implementation. Additional Requirements: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Familiarity with Node.js and React.js Experience leveraging product development tools such as Jira and Confluence Independently able to solve complex technical problems in core technologies system designs, alternatives, and solution approaches Experience analyzing requirements and advising key stakeholders regarding technical solutions Establishes and maintains effective working relationships, supporting company leadership and team Influence trust in others and works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values Sensitive and responsive to internal and external needs; maintains a positive attitude, willing to seek solutions Creates and implements actions that are outside of the typical concept to generate results Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
