Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Job Title: Pega Lead Visa : H1 TN Opt wont work Location: Las Vegas, NV (onsite - Mon to Fri) Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of Pega developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. Design and develop Pega applications, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and maintainable. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Pega solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that development standards are followed to maintain code quality and consistency. Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Pega platform, proposing and implementing solutions accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Pega technology and recommend enhancements or upgrades to existing systems to maximize efficiency and performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Pega certification (CSSA or higher) is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial position. Strong technical knowledge of Pega PRPC, including design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. Experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
