Solution Development: Develop and maintain system configurations, workflows, and interfaces within the Manhattan WMS to maximize warehouse efficiency. Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the WMS with other business systems, such as ERPs, order management, and transportation management systems. Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize warehouse operations, workflows, and configurations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and throughput. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, processes, and user guides. Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to warehouse operations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards related to warehouse operations and data security. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the Manhattan WMS, helping them make the most of the system's capabilities. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse managers, business analysts, and developers, to deliver efficient WMS solutions that align with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes. Proficiency in software development and scripting languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in warehouse management.
