Job Title: Workday Talent Management Lead Location: Seattle, WA Duration: Long Term Required Skills: Workday Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Talent Mgmnt, Recruiting . It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams. A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus Workday certification in Recruiting is a must Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Talent management/Recruiting and/or Adaptive planning for AMS model Conduct working sessions with Experience in Business Process setup General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM, Recruitement, Hire to Retire) Good understanding of Workday Security 3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HCM, Payroll and Finance Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player 4 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 1-2 years spent in handling Talent management or Recruiting modules.
