Implement strategies for inventory optimization and reduction of excess stock. Work closely with existing client teams, suppliers and vendors to streamline supply chain processes. Store Operations: Evaluate and optimize store processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Analyze store performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. Collaborate with store managers to implement operational best practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators. Present findings to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to implement and improve systems supporting retail operations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align strategies and goals. Provide support for the integration of new technologies and systems. Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts. Implement forecasting models and algorithms to optimize inventory levels. Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the retail industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with forecasting models and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with retail operations and industry trends. Strong in Office Suite of Products, especially Excel Macros Knowledge and hands-on experience in VBA or RPA Tools like Additional Preferred Skills Automation Experience Proven hands-on experience with automation tools such as VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or Python. Process Improvement >Ability to identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficient solutions. Coding Skills >Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, especially Python, for data manipulation and automation. System Integration >Experience integrating and automating data flows between different systems and platforms. Technical Aptitude >Comfortable working with IT teams to implement and troubleshoot automated solutions.
