Job Title: Business Analyst/Project manager with Solid SCM implementations Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Day one Onsite) Duration: Long Term Must have: Global Sourcing & Supply Manager (GSSM) Valid LinkedIn profile Ex-Infosys/Apple preferred Key Qualifications: Experience in managing and supporting supply chain system implementations Knowledge and experience in project management to develop & track timeline, and escalate risks/issues where necessary. Strong analytical and communications skills to work with users on business process reengineering projects and perform systems troubleshooting for users Ability to understand functional and data details on complex systems. Drive releases with IS&T counterparts Strong logical thinking, willing to dive into details, functional testing and get handsdirty Responsibilities: Facilitate and perform project-related systems testing for Materials systems and rollout Support system configuration activities required, such as data setup, for new program deployments Support system deployment and user training, including training documentation, data validations and reports setup Provide support to end users and help with troubleshooting -- Basic troubleshooting of system-related issues (e.g. EDI data discrepancy, functional bugs, etc), and escalating as necessary to IS&T teams for quick turnarounds.
