No of years of experience below details Total IT experience of 12 to 15 Years. 2) 3 + years of hands-on experience in Systems administration and networking. 3) 3 + years of hands-on experience in Active Directory consolidation(s) on premise. 4) 2 + years of hands-on experience in Azure Active Directory. 5) 2 + years of hands-on experience in migrating users, files/folders and decommissioning domains. 6) 2 + years of experience in working with Onshore/Offshore team using AGILE methodology. Team size handled: This is an individual contributor role. However, the candidate should be a good team player. Primary Skills (Must have ): 1) Proven ability to gather and assess business requirements, develop, and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff and test/implement approved design. 2) Core skill set including industry knowledge of Active Directory migration, AD design and planning. 3) Mid-to-expert level knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services 2012R or higher. 4) Knowledge and experience working with Azure AD, including directory synchronization technologies. 5) Strong experience with Power scripting and other command-line interfaces preferred. 6) Hands on experience in using Quest AD Migration Tool. Secondary skills (Good to have) : Awareness on Quest Migration Manager and Active Directory Migration Toolkit to migrate users, groups and computer objects between forests. Job/Role Description 1) Design and deploy Active Directory forests 2) Identify and resolve AD health issues which may impact migrations 3) Plan for and perform the consolidation of AD forests 4) Plan for an enable coexistence scenarios between forests 5) Customize Azure AD Connect directory synchronization to accommodate mutli-forest and forest consolidation scenarios 6) Plan for and perform forest and functional upgrades 7) Integrate with teams supporting AD dependent applications on-premises and in the cloud Soft skills/other skills (If any) : Should have good oral and written communication.
