Know Oracle Application Framework (OA Framework OR OAF) and creating/developing personalizations for business users Responsible for integrating daily processes, customized zones, etc. within EBS Financials Strong PL/SQL skills Strong business and technical skills talk to technical and non-technical users, understand business needs to create customizations Run reports, create reports. Usually XML and tab reports using JAVA, convert reports to XML, etc. Unix (primary) / Linux shell scripting Understanding of APIs to call to make transactions Ability to dig into PL/SQL code, know various packages and API calls Front-end business processes...more communication focused. What was done and how user will use/test out. When developing a technical component, creating documentation, testing out, put into wiki, communicate with business users to how they need to test it out.
