Expert level SQL knowledge - this role is very focused on SQL data analysis and SQL queries. Lots of data management, working with Medicare reporting, candidate needs to know how to pull data from 3. Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience - ideally candidates have worked with Medicaid/Medicare reporting. This team specifically handles Medicare reporting, so prior experience with gov't healthcare data is huge. 4. Scrum experience - this candidate will be leading daily standups, running demos, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and helping with releases. Needs to be comfortable doing these duties. CSM certification would be a big plus. 5. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Jira this is what they use, but its not a requirement. Any similar experience is still helpful.
