Come up with service improvement ideas and innovative solutions. Self-motivated, conscientious, dedicated individual who works equally well independently or as a member of a team Must be willing to take responsibility and ownership instead of waiting to be assigned work The candidate must be willing to provide On-call and weekend support for SQL and MYSQL, the support is rotated among DBA's in US and India Enable and support the team in resolving day-to-day production issues, application upgrades and patches, performance analysis, disaster recovery implementation, capacity planning and other activities as may be necessary.
