Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze IAM requirements. Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of user identities and access controls. Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ modules to meet specific business needs. Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various target systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and application platforms. Define and implement role-based access controls (RBAC), entitlements, and user provisioning/deprovisioning processes. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate identity and access management risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IAM solutions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IAM technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain documentation, including architectural designs, implementation plans, and standard operating procedures.
