The majority of these applications have been developed on older versions of VB/.NET architecture and toolsets. In addition to providing day-to-day support, I currently have 9 efforts in my application backlog, 50% of which are on the VB/.NET platform. This includes migrating applications off 2012 servers, State Printing Phase 3 Copy Center, and rewrite of the OCECD application. The VB/.NET is our primary development platform. I am seeking an individual to serve as my lead developer who can design and architect applications for our Windows/VB/.NET platform, define platform processes and standards, as well as serve as the point person for mentoring and leading lead lower-level developers VB/.NET lead contractor with the right to hire, that has to the ability to lead and mentor lower level VB/.NET developers, as well as lead create architectural and technical designs, code applications for small and large complex systems, and has demonstrated technical expertise integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies, proven ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users, provide production support, and has proven ability to collaborate with business users, project managers and technical architects.
