Experience in Operations management, incident response, SOC will be plus Good experience of Various security technologies and best practices associated with it JD : As a Cyber Transformation Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and drive the transformation of an organization's cybersecurity practices and capabilities You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization's cyber resilience and ensure the protection of critical information assets Here are the key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role: o Cybersecurity Strategy Development Collaborate with senior management to define the organization's cybersecurity strategy and objectives Conduct assessments of the current cybersecurity landscape and identify gaps and areas for improvement Develop a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals and industry best practices Cybersecurity Transformation Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of the cybersecurity transformation program, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish a timeline for the successful implementation of cybersecurity initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the transformation process Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, controls, and frameworks to minimize cybersecurity risks Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management measures, making adjustments as necessary Policy and Governance Development: Establish cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Define governance structures and frameworks to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures Monitor and enforce adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures across the organization Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees at all levels of the organization Promote a cybersecurity-conscious culture, educating employees on best practices, threats, and incident response procedures Conduct regular cybersecurity drills and exercises to test the organization's preparedness and response capabilities Incident Response and Management: Establish an incident response plan and procedures to effectively respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and remediate cybersecurity incidents Conduct post-incident reviews and identify lessons learned to improve incident response processes and prevent future incidents Collaboration and Vendor Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, legal, HR, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to cybersecurity Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality cybersecurity solutions and services Continuous Improvement and Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements Continuously assess and enhance cybersecurity processes, technologies, and practices to address emerging threats Participate in industry forums, conferences, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in cybersecurity Keywords: information technology New Jersey http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=796074&uid= |
