Driving Sprint 0 planning and Sprint standup. Direct 1x1 training/coaching with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and other roles as necessary. Attendance at the Agile Steering committee. Coaching provided to leaders & secondary roles as necessary About : The Strategy Office is seeking a detail-oriented individual for Strategy & Portfolio Management Support to help mature and develop agile portfolio management through the strategy office. The candidate brings a level of professionalism and leadership needed to assist with our executing our vision through improved collaboration and planning across portfolio, engaging roadmap creation, more advanced ways to communicate our plans and progress with the senior stakeholder. The individual will manage the progression of output and develop a streamline approach that helps grow the awareness and practices for strategy and portfolio management support. Job Responsibilities and Performance Expectations Helps with developing professional and polished artifacts (roadmaps, portfolio updates etc.) to engage our stakeholders Support in organizing and running scaled agile events - quarterly portfolio planning and monthly portfolio review events Understand the program goals and contribute building components and processes Work under the direction of the Strategy Office Leadership to contribute ideas to help resolve gaps in the process or products Ensure documentation and reports are complete, with focus on the message to be delivered and attention to detail Schedule activities and coordinate communication meetings with internal team Analyze data to develop accurate reports and summaries Help with the development of new procedures and policies to streamline the process Other duties as they emerge Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Initiative - proactively take on new responsibilities and challenges using good judgment to balance and maintain work Team player - able to work independently and as a team to complete goals Analytical skills able to analyze and synthesize large amount of complex information Complex problem solving - identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization Education and/or Work Experience Bachelor's degree At least 5 years experience Agile experience is preferred http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=79768&uid= |
