Role : SOFTWARE PACKAGING EXPERT Location : Remote Duration : 12+ Months MOI : Phone/Skype Visa : No H1B/CPT They want someone who specifically specializes in application packaging Intune and myApps in a hybrid Azure/AD environment, scripting. (INTUNE, MYAPPS, AZURE/AD ENVIRONMEN) As a member of the End User Engineering team you will primary be supporting the application management space. The Software Packaging engineer will primarily address software packaging, testing, deployment and or publishing of our company's approved software applications. The Software Packing Engineer will have experience with MSI/EXE installers, creating and working with MST's, and scripting knowledge such as Power and Bash The Software Packaging Engineer will be responsible for: All aspects of software packaging and distribution Performing start to finish software packaging services, intake, build, customization, testing, and delivery Perform software upgrades, new installs, uninstalls, and configuration changes Troubleshoot and remediate packaging and deployment related issues Configuring and publishing enterprise applications within Azure Configuring, testing and publishing applications in Azure App-proxy Other duties as assigned as it relates to application management Preferred Qualifications: MSIX based application packages Ability to understand and navigate through complex packages Strong problem-solving analytical skills Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Experience in tools like ServiceNow, Active Directory Experience in hardware troubleshooting Knowledge of Windows 10/11 / Windows 365 / Office 365 Strong experience with Modern management using Intune (hybrid Azure AD, Autopilot) Expert creating and deploying applications with endpoint manager Full understanding of deploying configuration policies using Endpoint Manager Experience with designing and building endpoint manager solutions for application, configuration and compliance Competencies Experience in providing support in an enterprise environment Provide consultancy and be technically proficient as an escalation point for issues Mentor, support, and develop other members of the department. Good written & verbal communication skills Being flexible and customer solution focused. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed Ability to quickly acquire knowledge Understanding of basic project management principles Great customer relationship skills Best Regards.. ..
