PMP required Organization Change Project o Project Management will be working with all lines of business to put together a Business Charter Will work directly with CIO Must know and have experience working with PAL Experience creating Business Charter for the public sector Candidate must be able to explain how to build a charter (who to talk to, what information they need, what is the purpose, why it is needed, etc.) o Data management o Discovery/gathering information Experience managing deliverables, delegating tasks, managing budget, and setting up interviews.
