http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=799384&uid= From: Stacy, Karma Consulting, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] URGENT REQUIREMENT: Security consultant with RSA Archer Location: New york Duration:6-12 months Hybrid Duties: - Support the installation, management, and updates of the RSA Archer system. - Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain system availability. - Assist with the implementation of RSA Archer and the eventual migration from HHS' current incident management system - Provide extensive knowledge of RSA Archer. Train Archer users on the use of the tool as appropriate. Support SGRC/Archer A&A users to understand and navigate the process and terminology - Review, update, and provide customer response to trouble tickets submitted about RSA Archer System. The type of work performed includes, but is not limited to: -Manage SGRC/Archer user accounts. -Perform bulk user upload and single user account creation. -Troubleshoot data feed integration, stakeholder notifications, and reporting requirements - Correct records in SGRC/Archer system - Maintain development and production environments, which includes but is not limited to: - Archer system maintenance - Microsoft SQL Server database maintenance (e.g., refreshing indexes, managing system storage used) - User accounts within the development environment are deactivated when appropriate - Review system logs for errors and unexpected system access - Upgrade Archer, Microsoft SQL Server, and other applications on development servers as needed Requirements: -Due to federal requirements candidates will need to pass a government issued background check. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (+2 years). -3+ years of relevant RSA Archer engineering and development support experience. -Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
