Involved in every step of the software development process like designing, development, and testing Highly skilled professional with development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Customer Satisfaction - should be above 4.5 out of 5 Improve developer velocity, code quality and code health Improve automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks.
