At least some level of knowledge of (don't need to be an expert) with ServiceNow. PowerBI I is a plus. Agile is a plus and any certifications are a plus. Primary Purpose: The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Analyst supports the implementation of the Life Cycle Management team, with the primary goal of gathering and analyzing asset data, determining End of Life, End of Support and Technical debt. Partners with IT Asset Management, in the analysis and validation of LCM/CMBD data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams quarterly to review LCM investment recommendations.
