Identifies issues and works with stakeholder development team on resolution. Create test plans for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases Execute functional and regression tests for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases Monitors/triages/debugs issues and helps identify fixes Contributes to continuous improvement in processes Work as directed on enhancements, documentation and/or system support Work with team and business partners to determine acceptance criteria Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Experience with mobile testing Strong process orientation; detail orientated and efficient with tactical tasks 3+ years quality testing experience Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office and Internet based applications Strong written and oral communications skills Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include: Experience in life, health, or long term care insurance industry.
