One of our clients is looking for Level 3 Business Analyst | Albany, NY Hybrid. Role : Level 3 Business Analyst Client : NYS IES Type : 50% Onsite Hybrid Albany, NY Duration : 36+ Months Visa : No H1B or CPT 7 years+, with a focus on the Human Services domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, and Child Care Mandatory Qualifications: 1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst 2. More than six (6) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements, with a focus on the Human Services domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, and Child Care. Justification must address how candidate's experiences meet this qualification. Two years or more using Blueprint for management of requirements and other artifacts. 3. Minimum of one (1) project as a business analyst working on legacy mainframe systems rules extraction where source code is being reviewed and business analysis being performed in order to document associated use cases from the legacy systems. Justification must address how candidate's experiences meet this qualification. Desirable Qualifications: 1. More than four (4) years of experience analyzing, transforming, and documenting system functionality, system logic, and business rules. Justification must specifically address how candidate's experiences meet this qualification. 2. More than seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis and optimization in a technology environment, while documenting the As Is and proposing To Be web-based, client facing applications. Justification must specifically address how candidate's experiences meet this qualification. 3. More than seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation such as: use cases, screen prototypes, specifications, and adhering to established templates and requirements management (e.g., tool similar to Blueprint).
