http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=801029&uid= CEIPAL ATS - Simplified Recruiting and Staffing Title: Nutanix Platform Architect Location: Remote Experienced Nutanix Architect with deep skill sets and knowledge in the following areas relative to converged infrastructure Viewed as the subject matter expert associated with the tools and processes associated with the engagement Has extensive industry knowledge and is able to effectively communicate that knowledge to End User as requirements evolve Responsible for successful delivery of Nutanix activities within the initiative Actively communicates and partners with Lead Architect and PMO on risks, issues, and overall health of engagement Present, justify, and communicate to IT stakeholders Establish architecture, design, technology principals and guidelines Architect physical system recommendations and roadmap by working with the Program and Projects Managers Expected to be able to work independently with minimal input from PM or Lead Architect Additional tasks below will be completed under the supervision of the customer: Assess existing Portworx infrastructure and assist with migration planning to the Nutanix CSI. This may involve identifying and assisting with any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the migration process. Assist with Design and architecture of the new Nutanix CSI-based storage infrastructure considering specific needs & aligned with Nutanix and Industry best practices. Assist with Implementation of the new Nutanix CSI based storage infrastructure ensuring that it is fully functional Help with data migration from existing Portworx storage infrastructure to the new Nutanix CSI based storage infrastructure. This will involve transferring data between storage systems and ensuring that data is not lost or corrupted during the migration process. Test and validate the new Nutanix CSI based storage infrastructure to ensure that it is fully functional and meets requirements. This may involve conducting performance testing, load testing to ensure that the new infrastructure is reliable and scalable. Help with documentation to ensure that staff can effectively manage and maintain the new Nutanix CSI based storage infrastructure. Work closely with customer to ensure that migration is completed successfully, and that the new storage infrastructure meets customer needs.
