King of Prussia, Philadelphia.

WFO 3 days (mandatory) is below.

Exp 12+ yrs.

Note: this is going to be driven out of US but manage Offshore work as well.

Oversees multiple geographically distributed team of application
support and database administrators providing real-time
support for IT applications and scheduled IT processes for the same

Provide technical
support for all CE applications, Interfaces (ETLs) excluding Oracle EBS)

Responsible for timely resolution of issues aligned to the defined SLAs

Responsible for timely communication on outages

Responsible for system performance of all CE applications (including all DB activities - space, process clean ups etc.)

Partner with Development
manager for effective process around transfer of knowledge (between
support and dev), versioning, code release, hyper care and other necessary artifacts

Be first point of contact for escalation of issues

Manage ticket assignments (globally) and provide 'follow the sun' model where applicable to ensure 24x5 and on call weekend
support

Partner with SOX
manager to ensure 100% compliance

Partner with GIS team on activities related to Security testing and remediation

Partner with Business application team on build/delivery of BAU items

Responsible for impact assessment of new solutions to existing applications

Partner with Business application team on build/delivery of BAU items

Owns the production version of the code across all the CE applications

Responsible for managing
Support and System KPIs (SLAs, uptime and other defined) + timely report outs (Weekly Dashboard on Stats or as needed)

Assist with other assignments as needed

Skills

Extensive experience with MSFT .net Technologies including SSRS, React JS (preferred), Kafka (Preferred), Salesforce (optional)

ServiceNow experience is essential.

Requires problem solving mindset.
