The successful candidate will support the Client Executive (CE) & Account Manager (AM) to ensure Citi is delivering excellence to our Institutional Custody Client base Key responsibilities: Monitor aged receivables & investigate issues associated with billing inquiries to support resolution and closing out open aging unpaid invoices.
