Drive Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP. Must have skills: 1.Expert knowledge in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) S&OP is important 2. Expert knowledge in SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP) DP is necessary 3. Expert knowledge in CPI-DS (HANA cloud integration) 4. Expert knowledge in Supply Chain planning functional background Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP 5. Hands on the SAP IBP solution configuration and delivery Good to have skills: 1. Expert knowledge of S/4 to IBP, ECC to APO Core Interface, SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP ECC MRP, ABAP debugging. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Understanding of SAP ASAP Methodology or similar. 4. Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics and Masters degree in Business/Supply Chain Technical Expertise: Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP IBP with expertise in at least two modules across S and OP, Demand, Supply and Response, Inventory. Deep knowledge and experience in end to end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. Ability to architect an end to end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within IBP as well as of IBP with ERP systems. Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios. Very good understanding of ECC Master data and Transaction data from planning standpoint along with writing specifications for CPI tasks. Basic understanding of SAP PP or SD. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written. Positive attitude with the flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment. Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior IBP team members. Value Creation Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for IBP to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones IBP footprint globally.
