IT Resiliency has core processes reflecting Service Impact Assessments, Technical Architecture Assessments, Recovery Exercises, and processes for the management of non-compliance findings and exceptions. These processes integrate into the overall BC and IT Resiliency Program to strengthen Recovery Time Objectives, Recovery Points Objectives, and overall availability of IT Services. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery program as part of Technical Systems Engineering. The Technical Program Manager will lead the governance of the IT Resiliency program across a core set of services and applications. The person will work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to build upon resiliency and recovery capabilities and to ensure enterprise exceeds the pre-defined and agreed upon objectives of the program.
