Must Haves: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (masters degree preferred). Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on multi-cloud environments. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, multi-cloud strategy, and hybrid cloud solutions. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g ., Kubernetes). Solid understanding of networking concepts and security practices across different cloud platforms Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Highly Desired: Relevant certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Key Responsibilities: Multi-Cloud Support: Provide expert-level technical support across multiple public cloud platforms, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance. Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the design, deployment, and management of cloud solutions that span different providers. Deployment and Migration: Implement and oversee the deployment of multi-cloud applications, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility. Manages and coordinates internal technologies not yet migrated to cloud. Investigates, develops, and executes cloud transition plans for remaining internal infrastructure. Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of AWS, and Azure platforms to advise on best practices and guide decision-making. Manage and optimize resources across different cloud environments to maintain optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. Automation and Orchestration: Develop automation scripts and workflows using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to enable consistent and efficient resource provisioning. Implement orchestration strategies to streamline deployment and management processes across multiple clouds. Security and Compliance: Enforce security measures and compliance standards across various cloud platforms, monitoring for vulnerabilities and ensuring data protection. Collaborate with security teams to implement consistent security practices across multi-cloud environments.
