Job Description What you get to do in this role: Business Process Consultant: Primarily responsible for the development of business process related solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Defines client needs, determines a strategy and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project which generally leads to a clients internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness. May involve the recommendation to shift future performance to a third party. Performance is typically evaluated based on the capture of the business opportunity and/or utilization, (i.e., billable hours). Survey Tip: This position should be used for individuals who are actively and regularly meeting with and presenting to clients. Skills: In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have: Experience working with various Subject Matter Experts to build current & (optimized) future state business process models and documentation in LucidChart for various Marketing processes including Content Management, Campaign Management, Marketing Data Management & Launch Management. Represent Business Process Optimization in x-function program teams & work to align teams to a common optimized process design. Effectively work with IT development teams that are automating the processes using various tools & integrations. Build business requirements as needed. Scope the business process work for new initiatives & manage scope to be consistent with schedule & stakeholder expectations. Build summary report outs to leadership as needed. Estimate business impact of optimization proposed & collect supporting data. Candidates need to have familiarity with Visio & ideally LucidChart. Note: we would expect to be able to submit work samples of current & future state business process maps (ideally in marketing, but other functions OK) with highlight on the key optimizations proposed, process to align with stakeholders as well as business requirements for IT/3rd parties.
