Hope you doing great today Let me know your interest for the below Direct Client Requirement Title: Senior Program Director Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Senior Program Director needed for large-scale accounting IT project for the Division of Social Services, Office of the Controller and Budget & Analysis in DHHS for reimbursement to counties for administrative costs. The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an experienced program manager. This lead management role will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, project teams, divisions, departments and vendors to strategize, implement, and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. This position will interact with all levels of staff in the DHHS including executive staff. This position will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that projects in the DHHS serve to advance and enhance the departmental IT roadmap and goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work closely with project sponsor, PPMs, to identify and prioritize initiatives at a division level Collaborate with Project Portfolio Management and other staff to develop and manage divisional roadmaps Work with business and cross-functional teams to develop Business Case and Cost Benefit analysis for prioritized initiatives within the program Manage and obtain various DHHS and state approvals for initiating projects within the program Participates in the construction of Statements of Work (SOW) and Request For Proposal (RFP) in collaboration with the business and other agency teams for projects within the program Manage multiple Vendor onboarding Extensive Program management experience ,planning and managing large complex technology business programs. Establish and implements governance model for the program Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and Vendors Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Tracks, maintains and present program details, progress, status, risk and other relevant topics to senior and executive management Work with Project Portfolio Managers and Project Managers within the program to maintain clear, effective and transparent communications Manage resource allocations and expectations for program Collaborate with the State DIT to ensure program compliance with the State IT Roadmap and all State security requirements Presents program status to various committee and executive meetings Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, negotiation, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Required 7 Years Management of a portfolio of multiple projects that may be in significantly different stages of development or have differing timelines and priorities Required 7 Years Experience in communicating in a fashion tailored the audience and their needs Required 7 Years Excellent written communication and presentation skills Required 7 Years Experience in working effectively with all levels of staff, clients and other IT personnel Required 7 Years Responsibility for acquiring and utilizing the resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timeframes and quality of program Required 7 Years Experience in proposing and leading strategic initiatives Required 7 Years Identify and plan systematic corrective action to reduce errors and improve the quality of the systems and services, by examination the root cause Required 7 Years Demonstrated ability to provide advice, assistance and leadership in improving the quality of IT Projects Required 7 Years Focusing on program definition, management, repeatability and measurement Required 7 Years Ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards end results Required 7 Years Candidate with PMP/PgMP Certification Highly desired 0 Candidate with Agile (PMI-ACP) Certification Highly desired 0 Experience managing or supervising programs involving legacy system replacement projects Highly desired 7 Years Experience collaborating with State and Local Government Highly desired 0 Experience in complex, cross-functional team environments Highly desired 7 Years Regards, Vikrant kumar Senior IT Recruiter 630-454-0403 V3iT Keywords: information technology North Carolina http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=808453&uid= |
