The ideal candidate will help with the development of new and existing migration efforts, data analysis, and reporting. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing standard SAS capabilities of our system by leveraging expertise to create solutions that streamline processes and improve user experiences. Responsibilities may include: 1. SAS Programming and Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain SAS programs and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Convert existing SAS code into SAS Visual Analytics reports and dashboards. 2. Data Manipulation and Transformation: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration to prepare data for analysis. Connect to new data sources and maintain data integrity. 3. Analytics and Insights: Implement statistical and predictive models using SAS to derive insights and solve complex business problems. Create informative and interactive data visualizations using SAS or similar tools. 4. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and provide analytical solutions. Document SAS code, processes, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team. 5. Performance Optimization and Quality Assurance: Identify opportunities to optimize code and processes for efficiency and scalability. Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure data accuracy and model reliability. 6. Compliance and Security: Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines while handling sensitive information.
