.6-8 Years of experience for monitoring IBM and Unisys mainframe operations and performance. Performed weekly backups and IPL's on all Mainframe systems. Nightly checked to ensure all database stability on Windows, Unix and Linux servers. Coordinated conference calls with Technical support and outside vendors. Provided Tier-1 hardware and application support. Work directly with vendors and customers for the support of Mainframe... Monitored and executed batch processing on multiple OS platforms using line commands Material Management App
