Title: Oracle Apps DBA Lead
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Long Term

Description
Must have hands on experience with Oracle Application R12.2.9 and 19C DB
Minimum of 12 to 15 years of Oracle Application Data base experience
Provide thought leadership to client with future direction / improvements
Ability to digest newer Oracle functionality offerings and be trusted advisor to client in providing true POV
Knowledge on OCI, OEM, RAC (Multi nodes), ASM (Automatic Storage Management),  Scripting, Linux
Experience with cloning automation
Should be able to assist on other oracle systems like SOA/GG/ADG/Oracle DB Provisioning
Knowledge on DB Provisioning on Exadata
Good to have knowledge on Progress and DB2 support
Knowledge on Performance (DB and Application) health check
Ability to manage offshore and onshore DBA team members and provide guidance to them
Excellent communication Skills and SPOC for customer communication regarding solutioning, escalations, etc.
Good presentation and Documentation skills
Communicate fluently and effectively with business users and technical/functional teams;
Ready to work in Shifts on need basis
